per night year round with the following exceptions
- Christmas
and New Years weeks $300 a night (5 night minimum)
- July
and August $300 a night, check in and check out on Sunday
only (7 night minimum)

Print: Additional $100 cleaning fee for all reservations.
Security deposit of $500 required to reserve dates. No smoking,
no pets, no exceptions. Security deposit refunded within
1 week of departure if house is left in good condition.
